When you fill out our quote form, we collect the information you provide: name, phone number, preferred date and, if you enter them, pickup and destination addresses, postal codes, move type and additional details.
2. How we use it
This information is used only to provide you with a quote, to contact you about your request and to carry out the requested service. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
3. Form processing
Form submissions are processed by our host, Netlify, whose servers may be located outside Quebec. Data is transmitted securely (HTTPS).
4. Cookies and analytics
With your consent, we use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) that set cookies to understand site traffic. You can decline these cookies through the consent banner without affecting your access to the site.
5. Retention
We keep your information for as long as necessary to respond to your request and meet our legal obligations.
6. Your rights
